Submit by e-mail using standard word processor files
- Send your manuscript as e-mail attachment to Clinical Window Editorial Office

- Standard DOC (Word), RTF, HTML of TXT (ASCII) types of files are suitable for peer review.
Avoid excessive formatting, and only use standard fonts
- Write on a single column, and left justify your text.
- Mark picture locations in your text (e.g. "Figure 1 near here")
- Submit your figures and pictures as separate files
- Attach a separate file with figure legends
- Do not send PDF-files with figures inserted as your only file
When preparing your manuscript, follow guidelines for medical and scientific articles as published in major medical journals
- Deliberate use of subtitles with "to the point" -chapters works best in web based publishing
- Possible types of manuscripts reviews, case reports, columns and general articles
- In formal scientific communications, the traditional structure (intro, materials, methods, results, discussion, conclusion, references) may be considered, but there can be exceptions
